We provide advice to personal and corporate customers covering most aspects of financial planning. All our advisors are qualified at Level 4 of the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF Level 4). They also all hold a current Statement of Professional Standing.

Paul Roome
Independent Financial Advisor & Company Director
Paul is the Managing Director of the firm as well as being an Independent Financial Adviser. He has been in Financial Services for 36 years, spending 18 years at the Prudential before setting up TIC Financial Services in September 2001.
Paul has been at the current required qualification level, QCF Level 4 since 2006 and in addition is qualified to advise on Long Term Care. He also holds the Certificate in Regulated Customer Care which reinforces his passion for building long term client relationships and his commitment to delivering first class customer service within the practice.

Mark Ormerod
Independent Financial Advisor
Mark has worked in financial services for over 23 years, starting his career at Co-operative financial services before moving to TIC in 2002.
Mark is qualified to the required QCF level 4 and also holds the qualification for advising clients on Equity Release. He prides himself on offering clear, personal, impartial advice at home, the workplace or our office. Mark also deals with all the firms Mortgage and Equity Release enquiries.

Dave Richmond
Independent Financial Advisor
David has worked in the Financial Services sector for 38 years. He started his career in 1982 with the Prudential before taking up his current role as an Independent Financial Adviser with TIC Financial Services in 2001.
In addition to his vast experience and knowledge he has lived and worked locally all his life and built up many long standing business relationships with his clients. David is qualified to QCF Level 4 and advises on all aspects of financial planning including Retirement, Investments and Life Assurance.

Glenn Stevens
Independent Financial Advisor
Glenn has been in the industry since 1985, starting his career with Prudential, where for the last eight years he was specialising in the Additional Voluntary Contribution (AVC) schemes for both the Teachers Pension Scheme and University Superannuation Scheme. He joined TIC Financial Services (UK) Limited in September 2001 as an Independent Financial Adviser. He is qualified to Advanced Financial Planning Certificate which is higher than the current minimum threshold.
He continues to work very closely with the academic staff at Lancaster University and has forged many long standing relationships leading up to and indeed into retirement, providing critical financial advice at retirement age.
