Services and Costs

Investments, Savings and Pensions

We offer independent advice from the whole of the market in relation to these investments, savings and pensions.

Mortgages and Protection

We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs for all types of non-investment insurance contracts and mortgages that we deal with.

How do we charge for our services?

We charge a fee for our services, which gives you the confidence that you will receive unbiased financial advice from us. In many cases, this fee can be facilitated by the provider with whom you invest. The actual costs will vary, depending on the type of advice and complexity. Our charges and how they are paid will be discussed and agreed with you before you commit to our services.

Ongoing Services

Planning financial security has often been described as a journey. There’s a starting point and a destination and, like a journey, there’s normally stops and deviations along the way. That’s why we offer a range of Client Service options. These have been designed to provide an ongoing financial planning and review service so you have the opportunity to check how your financial journey is progressing, and whether you are on track to achieve your objectives, and discuss progress with us.

We offer three different services levels which are designed to suit different clients needs: Base, Preferred and Bespoke.

Subject to your requirements, our advisers have the qualifications and expertise to assist you. As Independent Financial Advisers, we will always fully research the available products and funds before selecting the most suitable option for you. Where instructed to do so, we are always prepared to work with your other professional advisers.

We strongly believe that the most effective way we help you achieve financial independence is to make sure you get the right advice at outset and continue to provide you with advice and guidance over the longer term.

All these areas are covered in our client agreement document which is available on request and will form an integral part of any initial discussions that may take place.
